I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any project at any time.

I, the artist, reserve the right to include watermarks and/or signatures on all artworks, at all stages (sketch, line art, full color, etc.)

I, the artist, reserve all rights to all artworks. This includes the rights to post artwork at various stages to my own social media accounts for promotion.

I, the artist, do not authorize any of my artworks to be used for AI training or NFTs.

I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any client or project for any reason.

You, the client, may use completed commissioned artwork as icons, banners, etc, as long as credit is clearly provided.

You, the client, may post completed commissioned artwork on your own social media accounts as long as credit is clearly provided.

You, the client, may not trace, modify, redistribute for commercial use, or claim artwork as their own.

Payment in full through Ko-fi.

Most artworks will take 1-2 business weeks to complete. If more time is needed, I, the artist, will contact you.

A sketch will be provided for approval. You are free to request modifications at this stage.

Once an artwork enters the ‘line art’ stage, there will be no modifications, except for color, such as skin, eyes, hair, clothes, etc.

Upon completion, you, the client, will receive your artwork through email.

If commissioning an original character, you, the client, are heavily encouraged to send references and descriptions of said character. Go a little feral. I, the artist, encourage it.

If a commission is cancelled before the ‘line art’ stage, a 50% refund will be issued through PayPal.
